Oceaneering International, a leading provider of engineered services and products, has announced the acquisition of two major international contracts with a combined value exceeding $100 million.
Supporting the Girassol Life Extension Project
Oceaneering International has been appointed as a consortium partner to provide support for transportation and installation work on the prestigious Girassol Life Extension project. As part of this role, the company will deploy Angolan personnel and will oversee the consortium’s operations within the country. The project is scheduled to commence in late 2023 with multiple phases expected to run until late 2025.
Jumper Installation Project in Offshore Guyana
Additionally, Oceaneering International has been awarded a contract for an offshore Guyana jumper installation project. The company has already begun supplying its expertise and expects to continue operations throughout the remainder of the year.

Oceaneering’s Chief Executive, Roderick Larson, expressed his confidence in the company’s success with these projects and its belief in the resurgence of international offshore activity.
