An Intertrust Global survey revealed traditional hedge funds are ready to increase their holding in cryptocurrency markets in the next 5 years, according to a study revealed on Wednesday.
The projected 7.2% investment in cryptocurrency would be around $312 billion if all hedge funds actualized the investment.
Around 17% of the CFOs explained that hedge funds would allocate 10% for their assets to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
In 2020, the traditional fund managers were on the forefront of the increase in Bitcoin price. The managers sought to offset the inflation risks.
