Czech Republic portfolio company, Ceske Radiokomunikace AS, secures a new 15-year agreement
Cordiant Digital Infrastructure announced on Wednesday that its Czech Republic portfolio company, Ceske Radiokomunikace AS (CRA), has signed a new 15-year contract with T-Mobile to lease space on CRA’s extensive telecommunications tower portfolio.
Expanding the Scope: The latest agreement replaces and broadens the scope of the existing contract between CRA and T-Mobile. As a result, T-Mobile will now utilize all 610 of CRA’s telecomms sites, a significant increase from the previous utilization of only 202 facilities.
Enhanced Revenue Opportunities: The contract not only improves CRA’s visibility and predictability of future revenues but also opens up new avenues for revenue growth. The company now has the opportunity to lease additional tower space to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, no specific financial details were disclosed regarding the contract.
Stable and Long-term Partnership: Milos Mastnik, Chief Executive of CRA, expressed his satisfaction with the new contract: “We are pleased that we can be a long-term and stable partner for our clients, which is reflected in the duration of the contract we have signed.”
Positive Market Response: Following this announcement, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure’s shares rose by 1.7% to reach 82.6 pence as of 0805 GMT.
